1. The service
Talkuza is a voice-dictation app for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). It turns speech into corrected text, runs voice commands (Canto), records and summarises meetings (Echo Notes), and syncs notes to your AI tools over MCP. The website sells access; the app delivers it.
2. One plan
There is exactly one plan: Talkuza Unlimited — ₹199/month in India, $2.99/month worldwide. Prices are all-inclusive: no GST, no tax add-ons, no hidden fees. You may buy 1 to 12 months at a time; the price scales linearly with any multi-month discount shown at checkout.
3. Redeem codes — single-use, email-locked
- Payment issues one single-use redeem code for the months you bought. The code is emailed to you instantly and shown on the checkout page.
- Paid codes are email-locked: only the email they were issued to can redeem them. A leaked code cannot be redeemed by anyone else.
- Your subscription starts the exact second you redeem the code in the app and runs for the months bought. Redeeming a new code while time remains stacks the duration — you never lose remaining days.
- Paid codes stay claimable for 365 days from purchase unless stated otherwise. Promo codes carry their own claim window, shown when issued.
- Do not share your code. Anyone with your code and your email can activate on their Mac.
4. Strict 100% no-refund policy
All sales are final and non-refundable — no refunds under any circumstance. Talkuza delivers an instant digital redeem code and immediate software access, so once a payment is made and a code is issued, the purchase cannot be reversed.
- There is no refund button, no refund API, and no refund status anywhere in the service.
- If your payment fails, no code is issued and nothing is charged — that is not a refund, it is a failed payment.
- If your code never arrives by email after a successful payment, contact support — we will re-send it or fix the delivery. Delivery problems are fixed; completed purchases are not refunded.
- If we cancel your subscription for abuse or a terms violation, access ends immediately and the purchase is still not refunded.
By paying, you acknowledge this policy. It is shown on Pricing, in checkout, and here — before you pay, not after.
5. Device limit — up to 3 Macs
One account works on up to 3 macOS devices. Each Mac is bound by its hardware UUID. If a 4th Mac tries to sign in, the app asks you to remove an old Mac from your Account page first. Sharing one account across many people is a violation of these terms and can lead to suspension.
6. Free trial
When enabled, a free trial of 7 days is available — one trial per Mac, ever, verified from the Mac itself. A Mac that has used a trial can never get another, on any email. Trial codes are email-locked like paid codes. We may turn trials off at any time.
7. Your own AI keys (BYOK)
Talkuza has no central AI key. Transcription, correction, and read-aloud run on your Groq and Fish keys, entered in the app, with calls going directly from your Mac to Groq/Fish. You are responsible for your own keys and for complying with Groq's and Fish Audio's terms. Without a key, dictation and correction do not run — the app will show you the setup flow.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use Talkuza to transcribe others without their consent (see Privacy → Recording consent).
- Do not resell, share, or redistribute redeem codes, accounts, or the app itself.
- Do not attempt to guess redeem codes, bypass the device limit, or abuse the service.
- Do not use Talkuza for unlawful content, harassment, or deception.
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, revoke codes, and cancel subscriptions immediately. Banned users lose access at once; purchases are not refunded.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for the website and app to be available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, prices for future purchases, or these terms; existing subscriptions keep the price and months already bought. Material changes are noted on this page and in the app.
10. Liability
Talkuza is provided “as is”. Transcription and AI correction can make mistakes — always review important text before sending it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
