How to use it, step by step
- Open Progress in TalkuzaProgress lives in the app alongside your pile — open it any time to see where you stand.
- Check your streakYour dictation streak counts the days in a row you've dictated. A day with even one dictation keeps it alive.
- See words per dayWords per day shows how much you're actually speaking instead of typing — the number that tells you whether dictation has stuck.
- See your most-used commandsYour most-used Canto commands show what your voice does for you most — the routines worth keeping, and the ones worth building next.
- Share a milestone — only if you want toHit a streak or a word count you're proud of? Share it to X or LinkedIn from Progress. Sharing is always your choice, never automatic.
Tips that actually help
- The streak is the habit: dictate one sentence a day and the streak holds. Small and daily beats big and occasional.
- Words per day is the honest metric — if it's climbing, dictation is replacing typing. If it's flat, try dictating your first email of the day.
- Your most-used commands show your real workflow. If one command dominates, ask Canto to chain the next step onto it.
- Don't chase the numbers — use them to notice when you've stopped dictating, and start again.
